Not all CD players will play mp3 recordings. If yours can't, use iTunes to convert each mp3 to the standard audio format (.wav) in just four simple steps. All four are the same for a PC or a Mac.

Having downloaded and installed the (free) iTunes program, launch it and drag and drop an mp3 file into the PLAYLISTS area. Put a write–able CD in your CD writer. |

Right–click on the mp3 file and select ‘Burn Playlist to Disc’. | |

A window called ‘Burn Settings’ will now appear. Ensure the ‘Audio CD’ radio button is selected (as shown) and click Burn. |

If the recording will not fit on one CD you will be asked to have another ready. Click the Audio CDs button to accept this. Add a blank CD when prompted and the burning will be completed. Top of page |
